Today's evidence shows that flexible working practices are good for business. Achieving balance between the need of home and work is a win-win for the family and the employer - the employer of choice.
Organisations need motivated staff, not the costs of absenteeism. They need people who see their work as more than just a job. This is best achieved by employees who enjoy a balance between their work and home lives.
The events held under the theme of Work-Life Balance aim to raise the awareness of employers and assist individuals to achieve 'the right balance'.
