This workshop aims to develop the priorities identified for 2007 by:

Identifying the skills and achievements required by individuals to champion change through the Initiative during 2007
Focusing on actions that will meet the needs of their own organisation and the Initiative during this period
Updating support mechanisms for the Champions
Highlighting aspects of the Initiative at local level
