Improving Presentation Skills: Developing the ability to influence and have visible impact.
Managing Your Time Simply and Effectively: Four life-saving tips!
Managing Stress: Understanding the causes of your stress and taking control of your life.
Setting personal and professional goals: your individual action plan to help you achieve your goal.
Review Day: Participants will have a review day to discuss and get feedback on the achievement of objectives set in the individual action plans.
The programme is highly participative and interactive. It involves role-playing, exercises and feedback on the practice of skills and sharing the talent and experiences of group members in a supportive learning environment.
