The four-day Next Generation Leadership programme ran on Monday 16 to Friday 20 January 2006, at the Centre for the Advancement of Women in Politics, Queen’s University, Belfast.
The Next Generation Leadership Programme assists participants in improving their capacities to think strategically, communicate effectively and act decisively. The interactive sessions foster forward thinking, fast decision making and develop self awareness.

Feedback
The course has been in operation since 2004, and feedback from our participants has shown how successful and beneficial the course is:
"During the course I was encouraged to use positive thinking and develop my sense of worth and to recognise and strengthen my leadership and communication skills. Overall, the course was enlightening, inspirational, good fun and provided a great opportunity to network with other women away from the office".
