A one-day event on the 5 January 2006 with the RNIB, arranged by Business in the Community
A team of enthusiastic women volunteers from local government decided to take on a challenging project - one which would enable them to work together as a team to achieve a worthwhile goal for the community.
The women engaged in a Fun Day with blind and partially sighted young people organised by the RNIB. It was an excellent way to raise awareness of issues for blind people and the volunteers really enjoyed the day.
