SOLACE together with the Women’s Development Steering Group organised a half- day conference for women in managerial roles.
This event highlighted successful women who have personal experience of overcoming personal or professional barriers in reaching their goal. It also featured organisations seen as leading in embedding organisational practices to support gender equality.
