Women’s Leadership Development
Leadership Development Programme, which starts on Wednesday 4 June 2008 and for which applications are invited by Friday 4 April 2008.
As a Women Senior Executives’ Network initiative it is specially designed with you and other women senior executives in mind. It is for those who are keen to develop their leadership potential and take their careers further.
If you have already been on the programme you might like to recommend it to a colleague who fits the bill by forwarding the covering email and attachments to her.
We like to select from people who are recommended to us; that’s why an applicant’s chief executive must support the application. Typically applications are sought from women who already hold second or third-tier appointments as managers and who want to go further.
If you haven’t applied before, why not give it a go? Or, as the case may be, another go. It’s an excellent programme. It is different. It will boost your confidence and it will make you more self aware. It will encourage you to take risks and raise your level of strategic awareness. You have the prospectus; if there is anything you want to ask, please give the Chief Executives’ Forum a call.
The next few years will bring lots of challenges but also opportunities for those with the confidence and grit to reach for the top. The programme costs £3,150 + VAT.
